The only progress Comcast is making is further shitting up the industry with caps (lol 250 GB in a month? Have fun hitting that in 5 hours @ 100 Mbps) and throttling.
Thank God for Time Warner Cable. Let's see you push over 2,000 GB a month without a peep with Comcap. I'll take uncapped 15 Mbps over 100 Mbps that I can only use for 5 hours before I hit my monthly bandwidth limit any day.
