What is the challenge??? to get wide enough as a 50mm on most (but 4 few w/ FF) is like 75mm
If in a traditional sense it should be a 35 or 28mm challenge to have a 35mm 50mm equiv.

My 50mm F1.4 AI was on loan until recently, so I'm getting to this thread
late. Some of my most cherished shots going back to the late 70s were
made through that glass and I need to re-familiarize myself with it. Too
much time with auto focus.
Weed is straight from the camera; stump and cactus are cropped only;
sharp was cropped, sharpened, curve adjustment and some dust spots cloned
out.
