They can't do DSL in my Chicago office and wanted to sell me U-Verse. Actual conversation:

Me: I find it hard to believe to get VDSL here when ADSL isn't even an option
CSR: Sir... (whiny rude tone) U-Verise is not DSL, its fiber.
Me: Yeah sure, then why does your offer page say "VDSL"
CSR: Sir I work for ATT and I can assure you us fiber.

Well I guess my fiber fed cable plant counts a fiber too!
