In Cincinnati the BPL service is still up and running. I'm not sure how many subscribers they have though. I do know that they don't offer the service to much of the city. The prices are Ok and speeds are sym. That's prob. the best thing about it. Though, they only offer speeds up to 3mbps up and down.

I'm not sure they add to their value by allying themselves with Vongo.
