I used to think it was possible that we'd have new industries based on ultra fast high speed lines. I used to think it was possible we'd be world leaders in services and new businesses all centered around high speed internet connections... that our tech economy would grow exponentially.... that the future would arrive sooner then we ever thought. I used to think it was possible we'd host our own home servers and run our own Internet businesses and services at home. Yes, I used to think a lot of things were possible with our Internet future. CBLMorphis join:2001-02-25 Riverside, CA	Now we know why AT&T is back in the stoneage in terms of tier upgrades and better service. Our hard earned money goes too a corp. giant too pay for ad's. And advertise something you can't get like U-Verse. Should be U-Suck. -- Like My DSL!!!

enr4876 @pacbell.net	Right on the money. U-Verse in our Development "sucks". Do you think ATT is providing a service equal to or better than Comcast. Wrong, think again. ATT is offering us the Basic, cheapest version of U-Verse in a Development of homes priced above $500K. Yep, $500K in this market. Down the road were the homes are under $200K, ATT is providing the Higher End U-Verse, via fiber and some on fiber copper. Our homeowners feel ATT does not want our business and we should say with Comcast. No issues with Comcast. ATT is marketing to us its High End U-Verse and at installation the Tech is informing the homeowner of the Basic Service. It feels like 'Bait and Switch. Don't you just LOVE ATT??
