2 edits | How many will sign up for a gov't monitored device? I can't imagine all the people doing copyright infringement will want to sign up. Or those who, on general principle, distrust the gov't. Or those who think the NSA will piggyback on the FCC controlled router.
And it is the above people who probably sign up for the highest speed tiers. This voluntary speed monitoring exercise may end up giving skewed results. |
