Would like to participate to test my ISP

I would like to participate in this, to test my ISP (Mediacom), as they are selling their service as 12Mbps. However, during prime time, I'll actually see anywhere from 3 to 8Mbps. I know there are many factors outside of an ISPs control to have the famous "up to" clause, but that should not be used for issues inside the ISP's own network.
