not quite avail yet..

Yeah.. some areas don't have it (Santa Cruz, as mentioned above) and the website is not yet updated so that we can order it (Sacramento, CA)

I think it'll be another few months before its truly completed in Cali.

i called and asked about sacramento, they say the coding wont be complete till tomorrow early morning? anyone else try to upgrade in sacramento? what did they say
