[DSL] Which ADSL modem is better?

In my country I found a few ADSL2+ modems: Tp-Link TD-8610, Huawei MT882a, ZyXel P650m-61 & UTStarcom 304R2. Which one is better? My OS is Ubuntu.
ZyXel 650 series is pretty backdated- 8Mbps of downstream supported. Which should I buy? currently, I don't need any router.

What speed do you expect to get from your provider?

Currently, around 3Mbps. But 8/9 months from now I'll be getting around 5Mbps. Also my telephone line isn't in a very good condition. I hear static sometimes.

Hmm, do you have the telephone on a DSL filter? If not it is probably the DSL signal you are hearing.

Well, I'm not using DSL now; but willing to use. So currently I don't need to use any voice splitter/ DSL filter.
I asked which ADSL modem would perform better on a somewhat noisy line? Please see my question.
