CV is one of the only providers that doesn't want to meter your downloads, doesn't cap (but does regulate traffic) and hasn't raised the pricing except if you want more speed. They upgraded everyone from 10/2 to 15/2 for free a while back. They offer up to 100/15 service residential over their whole footprint for a year now, and 100/100 for business (and that one's fiber to the office). I can get 16mb on my bt.... I have 30/5 service.
