22:48:06 (since last boot) FIREWALL event (1 of 1): created rules

22:47:52 (since last boot) FIREWALL event (1 of 1): deleted rules

22:46:23 (since last boot) xDSL linestate up (downstream: 3008 kbit/s, upstream: 800 kbit/s; output Power Down: 19.0 dBm, Up: 11.5 dBm; line Attenuation Down: 53.0 dB, Up: 31.5 dB; snr Margin Down: 12.0 dB, Up: 6.0 dB)

22:46:11 (since last boot) xDSL linestate down

I am having frequent problems with random disconnects and sometimes slow performance unless I reboot the modem. Does the "xDSL linestate down" and then the "xDSL linestate up" events a few seconds later mean that the internet disconnected and reconnected at that time? Also, what does the firewall deletion and creation of rules mean?

Hopefully further these events will provide further insight into the issue so that I can take it back to my ISP.

Thanks.
