One of the more expensive VOIP solutions

I'll afraid he is right about Primus not being cheap. Even Atlantictel is about $10 less for comparable service and features, technical support and free calls to Europe or Asia.
Cheap VOIP comes in at $5 to $10 per month. With that you get good technical support and call quality.
