To date there have been several trials on wether Gun companies should be held liable for what Gun owners do. I think the precedence has been set and Gun companies are NOT liable. Just as morpheus is not liable.
I personally do not pirate music or anything(though I do have that 1 song which is out of print). But I would not use the service for illegal activity. Just dialing into my home computer to get music to listen too at work.
