| 3web dying?? After being with 3web dsl for over a decade, it appeared to be dying and I finally had to cancel. I started complaining when speeds dropped to 1.6 Mbs. Tech support pacified me for a couple of weeks by making promises but by then my down speed had dropped to well below 1 Mbs. Then they told me it might take 3 months before they get around to upgrading my area and when I switched to  Bell (wow, the worst customer service on the planet!!) 3web insisted that I pay them for another month even though their speed had now dropped to as low as 0.1 Mps. |
