| All their money back! These people who were throttled, should get ALL the money back which they paid during the throttled period simply based on fraud and false advertising. In addition, they all should be allowed to terminate their contracts without paying any ETF.
The penalty should be severe enough to dissuade Comcast and any other any other ISP from lying about fraudulent bandwidth and services, not a weak slap on the wrist. Fraud needs to be punished severely, with real economic consequences to the thief.
