| $16.00 to sign your rights away I have read some of the finer details and if you accept the $16.00, you agree to wave your rights on any future lawsuit or the right to disagree to any future terms changes, policy changes, and the most eye popper was the right to dispute any future disagreement in which you or Comcast could ever have (in the future).
I'll pass and not sell out my rights.

I often find it complexing that people feel that you've reached a level of maturity and responsibility if you can accept being riped off or taken advantage of for someone else's gain or enjoyment

This is pretty standard in any settlement suit. Which is also why you shouldn't settle for something as insanely low as a handful of bills. |
