They do just as much as anyone else. Here, we fail QC's if anything of Bell's is damaged in a phone install (unless it was damaged and noted prior to arrival). We have no motivation to damage another companies drop. I personally don't care what service a customer uses, I have a job to do and that doesn't include ripping out another companies wiring.
