VoIP problem. I cant enter my pin numbers some times


I have local calling plan and when I use my ATT calling card sometimes the pin numbers won't go through I'm using a linksys router, then it's routed to the VoIP box.

I'm on a fiber network

You'll get more attention if you post this in the »VOIP Tech Chat forum. This forum is for the CallVantage service, which ATT discontinued a while ago...

Also, a little more detail would be helpful. What VoIP service (Vonage, Voicepulse, etc)? What model ATA (voip box)? Though less likely to be the culprit, what model router, what firmware?

Primecast is my VoIP provider

VoIP IS audiocode mp202

linksys E1000 is my router.

I'm not familiar with Primecast or with that ATA. Have you contacted Primecast to ask them about this issue? Is Primecast a service that's marketed to apartment complexes and other managed properties? (Do you subscribe via your landlord or property manager?) Also, I would reiterate - you may find the help you need if you post this request in the forum I linked above. This forum is pretty much dead since AT&T shuttered their CallVantage VoIP service.
