| Thinking about Ditching FIOS TV Came out of contract, thinking about ditching the TV. Had a couple of really good offers from DirecTV.
I love my service, but everytime I've had to call about anything I get stuck in long, long, hold ques and then everything gets messed up. Be it the bill, the new box not working, something won't activate, a lose cable outside, or my personal favorite the person on the other end giving up and hanging up the phone.
