Safari Toolbar customizationPerhaps everyone already knows about this but me, but, yesterday, I found that if you right-click on the area to the right of the red, yellow and green dots, an option "Customize toolbar" comes up. If you left-click on that, you have the option to drag your favorite items into the toolbar. This works in Snow Leopard, but it probably works in other versions of OS X as well.
Yesterday, for some unknown reason, the forward and back navigation arrows disappeared from Safari; this customization enabled me to get them back. |

Actually, you right-click on the area of the toolbar between buttons to open the customize window. It works pretty much like Firefox. |

I have Firefox installed, but pretty much never use it, so I have little knowledge as to how things are done in that browser. |

In case anyone isn't familiar, you can drag an app onto Finder's toolbar for quick access |
