Planned outage?

I can't logon to read the support alert at:

»hawaiiantel.com/Support/Resident···ult.aspx

All I know is it starts at 10pm HST tonight but my dsl has been flaky all day and traceroutes not very good.

Why do they require a logon to just read support alerts anyway? :O
