Re: Are you looking forward to FFXIV? It was enjoyable as a beta but I'll wait a few more months before playing it as I do with every online game. |

 | reply to xcal784 Few guys at work here are playing FFXIV along with WoW. They say neither game is good enough alone right now. LOL |

| You could try... LotRO (WoW in the LotR IP and it's F2P), SC2 (Blizz magic touch), the Witcher (high-quality single player RPG), or any of the DotA clones (I had my virgin League of Legends experience last night and it was pretty enjoyable). -- All the wealthy, unhappy people you've ever met take sleeping pills; Mobile Infantrymen don't need them. Give a cap trooper a bunk and time to sack out in it, and he's as happy as a worm in an appleasleep. |

Yay, another month of self inflicted pain |
|
 | They could be making you pay for filler time and giving away free wrath gear instead. Ooo wait that's WoW. |
|
 | Some fresh update news it seems

Let see how much "improved" the game gets after these... |
|
 | I'm sure with each update it'll get better. |

Shatter join:2006-07-24 Waterford, MI | reply to xcal784 Well they came out and admitted that feedback from players during beta was ignored and they just focused on bug fixes. Thats why the game launched in such a mess. Now they are trying to play catch up and recently gave out another month free. This game wont recover to what it could of been and their box sale numbers worldwide were horrible. Whether they learned a lesson from this *shrugs* |

"There was a lot of feedback we received during the beta phase which we should’ve managed to implement before the launch, but because we found a lot of bugs during the beta phase, we were focusing on fixing them. That’s one of the reasons we were not able to implement all the things we were planning to do in the first place. That’s why we do feel very sorry for the people who are unsatisfied with the game status." |

1 edit | reply to xcal784 well I've had the CE since launch and probably only logged about 30 hours of total gameplay....just not really feeling it right now. Running out of quests quickly and grinding away is making me go elsewhere.
Hopefully it will pick up or my sub will just be canceled and no longer worry about it.
Had such high hopes for the game too -- HABYA HABYA HABYA TEAR DOWN THE HEMP STALKS EAT UP THE OLD MAN AND WOMAN AND CARRY OFF THE LITTLE GIRL MAY YOU DIE ALONE |
