It looks like you have a love/hate relationship with sonic.net as you keep coming back for more.

If it were me, I'd call support after you put in your order to see what you can do to expedite your order.

Well, I don't hate Sonic or anything, just had a bad experience with their billing but it was indeed fixed by them in a timely manner. I even referred my mother to them since my first review and she uses them both at home and at her vacation condo up in Bear Valley and is quite happy with them.

I admit, I over-reacted before (above), which I sometimes have a tendency to do.

Now that I've had some experience with Comcast, Sonic really does shine in comparison and seem a lot better over all.
