Actually, that should be "cheapest", not "best". I am at least as good a technician as any in India (I was ranked in the 80th percentile while HP still kept jobs in the U.S.A.). The trouble is, companies like HP can shop around the world for workers willing to take the lowest wage HP will offer. But I can't feasibly follow the jobs (visa restrictions on immigrant labor in the places with the lowest pay).
