What's the duration of liability look-back for Verizon on this deal?
If I recall properly condition of sale included VZ carrying some degree of liability for Fairpoint's operational success. If Fairpoint continues to get re-worked terms & extensions do those potentially free VZ of liability?
Serious questions that may be way off the mark. I simply do not know.
