Re: [Newsgroups] Efforts to save Duke University's Usenet Server
It would be a shame to see the server decommissioned. It is definitely a piece of Internet history. Hard to believe that Duke might discard it given their role in the creation of Usenet. We hope that a compromise can allow for the server to remain active or at least preserved for historical purposes.
