I totally agree. Unfortunately where I am (only 30 miles out from the white house) in Virginia, Hughes Net is the only service available to me. I have experienced every possible excuse, error, frustration possible. They even sent me a NEW modem that wouldn't work and charged ME to send it back.
The second a new provider is available. But at this time, NOTHING is.
