 | badBye 3Web. becareful when you cancel their service online. I used 3web ADSL for a few months without any contract(paying monthly by credit card). then I canceled their ADSL service online, the status is clearly indicting my service is closed. after 4 months I found that they keep charging around 10$ for dial up, which I have never used or ordered. I called and get the answer that "the dial up is free with ADSL, and when you cancel, dial up is not free any more, you have to call to cancel the dial up service,even it is not showing up on line".
I got refund only 2 months, because their policy is "You must bring any amounts billed to your Account that you dispute to our attention within sixty (60) days from the date billed, failing which you waive your right to dispute such amounts."
I would not say their ADSL service is bad, they are renting Bell line, but I will say stay away from them , using ACANAC or anyone else, cheaper but not cheating.
