Cox → [CA] Can someone help me decipher this??

Ok I just took a look at my event log for my modem and am wondering if someone could help me decipher it.

Cox tech told me that we are reciving docsis 2 but i get the feeling they arent telling me the truth. Specifically regarding the config file.

Which modem are you using?

Essentially there is no such thing as a DOCSIS2.0 config file. They can be named as such, but they are effectively identical to a D1.1 config file. You would need to look at the signal page to see something useful in determining the state of the modem.

its an ambit modem as far as i can tell. u10 series i think
