Until we can get a more convenient way, please IM me with the name you're posting under, and the HFC MAC ID of your modem. I can pull information from that and examine the connection. I will then respond to the IM & your post.
If you are having speed issues, run a speedtest at »speedtest.atlanticbb.net - click on the tab for your area for an "on-net" quality test, then choose a server outside your area as an "off-net" test. Our system should store the test results for me, indexed by your public IP.
