I am a retired person and I am receiving this kind of call frequently.
I've taken support from Techonsupport. But the problem is still there. They didn't solved the problem.
My computer is very slow and showing some error whenever i open any program.
Could you suggest me where will i get perfect support. my Computer is 5 years old and I don’t wanna lose it.

If you installed their crapware your computer may be slow because it's running their junk -- best thing would be to get rid of it and the (likely) other things that have taken up residence on your machine.
