Linksys spa2102-r locked with JoiPhone hawk-voip

I have done factory reset on linksys spa2102-r locked with joiphone. I have tried the live cd at this link but did not work. »gizmopasswords.blogspot.com/2007···ecd.html.

After monitoring the packets from ethereal, I found my sp2102-r connects to hawk-voip.com

None of the default passwords work. I have been trying to unlock for several days now. Would really appreciate if anyone has more ideas.
