In this area Time Warner is the archexample for not caring about the customer's real service. Lots of advertising and high prices especially after the first year sucker prices on a two year contract. The Time Warner trucks are everywhere doing repairs.
In the four years I've had them for internet and two years for phone they've been out once to replace the modem and two short (less then 1 hour) internet outages. Guess I'm lucky or your area is unlucky.
