I dunno. I really like the idea of such a box that doesn't require subscription fees. I have no problem with advertising, I see it everywhere already. I don't wan to spend $$ on a DVR, nor NetFlix, etc...and we rarely have time anyway.

Watching the few network shows on their websites works great for me. Hooking up my laptop to the TV works pretty well.

I got an Apple TV but it's restriction/tie to iTunes kinda sucks. The Boxee mod for it was cool with Hulu, til that was stopped. Ever since then, I just don't use it anymore.

A box with no fees that'll let me watch pretty much any web video, or web site, on my TV is cool. I'll get one.
