It took bell 4 tries to get my line mapped properly. It was nothing TSI did/didn't do.
My Internet Primary line has been running perfectly fine for 1yr and half. Things started when I switched my home phone! You will not believe it but when Teksavvy opened the ticket with Bell, Bell actually called me and I told them what happened. They told me that it is Teksavvy's fault for not doing proper paperwork and if they had done the proper paperwork then, I wouldn't have any downtime at all. Up to this day, my line still is not up and running. Hopefully, my problem gets solved fast and move on so i can update the review.
