Uvoice having problems?

I get a fast busy on either of my Uvoice lines when I dial out.
Online support has me at #390 in the queue.
Is this broad outage?
I'm in the Memphis TN area.

I reset the router, no change.

Could be an outage. Another option is email the Tier2 guys here, sticky at the top of the forum. Might get a faster response.

If you unplugged and plugged the RG and still have issue it's either an area outage or snafu with your account. My guess is area outage.

The lines are down hard now. The RG shows both lines as "registering".

Probably an outage. Doesn't hurt to email the Tier2 guys vs waiting on the phone.

Now I'm only #190 in the chat queue.
Maybe by the time they get to me they'll have an ETA.

In that case, I won't bother resetting the RG.

At present line 2 shows as out. Line 1 shows as operational and gets a dial tone. However, an attempt to make a call on line 1 fails (just gets back a dial tone). An attempt to call line 1 from my cell phone gets me a quick "call completed". An attempt to call line 2 from my cell phone gets me that series of tones that indicates a circuit problem.

Not good.

Same issue in NW Indiana. Tried to call 888-288-202 from my cellphone and get the same fast busy signal.... I am also #504 in the queue for chat support... sounds like they may have their hands full.

I'm trying to work from home and alot of that work is conference calls. Using my cell phone is not a good solution.I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

Maybe I'll have toget a Majik Jack at lunch time.

Online Chat just gave the boilerplate "we hope to have it resolved in less than four hours".

One of my lines is now active. I received a telemarketing call on it (in spite of DO NOT CALL listing)

The other line is still dead. I have not tried calling out on the active line.

This makes me wonder whether I should consider porting my second line to some other VOIP provider.

Yeah this is, from what I've experienced, the second major outage since I've had the service. Wonder if Comcast has the same major down times such as this.

The other nationwide outage was last week, May 16th, but at 3 am. No phone service at all, just goes right to busy signal after dialing. By 8 am it was fixed.
