 | Unfortunate Outage I guess this is why I have to pay $70 a month for regular 'ol basic unlimited nationwide landline phone service from AT&T. It appears VOIP isn't up to the challenge. My POTS line hasn't failed in over 10+ years. But, that could just be luck. |

 | $70? I pay $43 for unlimited nationwide POTS from AT&T (Ameritech region) |

 | reply to DJ_Kismuth You should only be paying $45 a month for ANALOG AT&T unlimited nationwide calls. I just called to switch our digital back to analog landline. Not sure why they are charging you $70. But these outages haven't just been phone outages for us; they've been Internet instability, too. First, we're switching the phone lines back to analog. Then, we'll see if other services improve but the decreased draw on the bandwidth. |

Too much of a hassle to send in the ORIGINAL bill.. Why they need the ORIGINAL is beyond my limited comprehension |
