I pay per use on long distance (pioneer telecom) my bill typically never hits higher than $30-35 a month. no VoIP just, POTS.

Must suck to not get phone concessions.

I don't miss them, they are rather small these days.

I supposedly get LD concessions

I use my cell

Too much of a hassle to send in the ORIGINAL bill.. Why they need the ORIGINAL is beyond my limited comprehension
