I am a former Helio/Virgin Mobile customer. We were told to contact Sprint by May 25th in order to switch over to them and keep our phone numbers. When I finally got thru, after being on hold forever, the young lady who helped me assured me that I would keep the phone # that I've had for 13 years. It wasnt until I activated the phone this morning that I realized that they gave me a different phone number! Now, theyr'e saying that there's nothing that they can do b/c my previous number is "Unavailable".
I am livid...but I am trying to radiate positive energy
