Not sure what the current legal stance is on cybersquatting, but can't they force him to sell that domain at a "reasonable" price to that group if they really want it? Or is he free to do whatever he pleases with it (at least for the duration of his lease), refuse to give it up or charge them whatever he feels like if they offer to buy it? -- Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies...
