[AZ] Any cox employee able to lookup my ESR ticket and assist?
After many dispatches, and convincing maintenance that they need to test directly from my node with a docsis 3 modem (which they were able to reproduce the upload speed issue from), my ticket has gone to some team at the Atlanta hq. Unfortunately customers lose visibility to the ticket at this point, and there is not much communication back.
Are there any cox employees with access to the ESR remedy schema that could lookup my ticket and let me know what's going on with it now? If so, I can PM it to you.
* two diff docsis 2 modems work great with upload speeds as advertised (~5mbit/sec), but download speeds not so good.
* five diff docsis 3 modems (both cisco and motorola) have great download speeds, but horrible upload speeds (50-150kbit/sec).
My money is on config issue... perhaps a bug?

I'm not sure who they sent to here in the ATL, but PM your MAC to me and I'll take a look.
