voicemail retrieval (Network Error has occurred)

There are two voicemails on my Comcast Voicemail system...
We have a voicemail system of our own, which works fine, but somehow two voicemails have gone to the Comcast system, which I "See" when I check my email....

However, every time I click on these voicemails (I would assume this is what I do to hear them?) after a few seconds I'm told: "A Network Error has occurred, please try again later"...

OK... I've waited 2 months.... When will the 'network error' be solved?

why don't you just hit *99 on your phone and retrieve them that way? Might need to clear those messages out as there may have been a glitch then causing the messages unable to be retrieved via smartzone.

I had the same problem when I had my CDV set up originally. Just drop a line in the direct forum and someone should be able to get that error fixed for you in no time.

Everything that's in the welcome kit is online in the help sections.

This is yet another reason why self install CDV is a bad idea.

Edit: Also, if you want to IM me your address I will mail you a welcome kit if you can't get one or stop by your local office to pick one up.

You know, if the person who packed the self install kit had included the instructions.... We probably wouldn't be having this conversation!!

Wanted to post an update:
Received a call from Comcast, Alan... Nice guy...
We discussed the situation... And he said issue would be resolved in a couple days.... Was resolved later that same day!!

Also discussed the upcoming changes to Analog cable we'll be seeing shortly, and what the free receiver's/SD converters would and would not receive....

All in all, Great Conversation, and speedy Service!

Thanks!!!
