Shelters saves Babies USA

Comcast VS EPB Fiber speeds? What's the verdict..

I like the EPB's advertised synchronized up/down speeds. I'm using comcast right now. So should I take the jump to EPB?

Anyone have a link to a recent speed test you ran?

All details, be verbose...

Thank You Very Much

This is the 15/15 package. I switched from Comcast 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. My Comcast connection worked great but I'm still completely happy I switched. You can get the FiPhone basic added for only $10.84 more a month.

I'm super seriously considering the move to EPB.

I'm currently a happy Comcast customer.

I noticed on EPB's Website you can get a 25% speed increase by picking 20 Meg over 15 Meg for around $10...that is an astounding option for later.

How many hours/days from start to finish to install everything?

If you picked a TV plan which did you pick?

Thanks for your help
Every year the USA has more than 5,000 deaths & injuries from Tornadoes. Tornado Shelters cost as little as $1,500. We should DEMAND Our Gov't give $1,500 checks every year so citizens can Build or Purchase Tornado shelters to save innocent American lives

If you click the EPB Fiber link below my username you can read my review of the process. I didn't pick a TV plan so I can't really be of any help in that area. I've maxed out my download on the 15/15 package at 2.37 MB per second (2,375k per second) and my upload at 1.7 MB per second (1,700k per sec) so I'm getting every bit of 19/15 all day, every day.
If you can get a good bundle price I recommend the switch. I was able to switch internet and phone and save about $8.00 a month. It's not much but I get better internet and better phone service than I had before.
Check out the bundles and give them a call (or e mail) if you have any questions. They don't have a 250gb per month download limit like Comcast. It might not matter much to you if you're not a heavy user, but we use a lot of Netflix Instant Watch so we use quite a bit of bandwidth.

Here is my traceroute to yahoo.com to give you an idea of what to expect. I get this all hours of the day. Don't worry about the timeouts on hops 2,3 and 4 since those are just their routers not responding to ping requests.

Thanks...Me and a friend are so much considering the move,

If you guys decide to get it, please be sure to post a review on here after a week or so of use. There aren't many EPB users on here so I'm sure they could use the input.

Good luck!
