I didn't run a speed test, but i could tell you it was like dial-up. It started right around 6:30am. I will have to check when I get home again after 5.

ya it felt like dial-up when i was on youtube. Trying to load anything on that site took about 15-20 seconds. A few sites worked fine, but most didn't. Hopefully your issue is resolved when you get home.

appears to be back to normal, pings look about right and speedtest is a little low but I'm chalking it up to network traffic since its a rainy day

Everything was back to normal when I got home around 5:30pm yesterday. Still would like to know what happened.

I never knew this but instead of ping testing use a command called:

pathping.

It will tell you ping times and packet loss threw a traceroute. So it helps let you know if its a local router or off zoomnet router casueing the problem. I just spent 1 week with a tech from armstrong and he had me running those pathpings to find where i was getting my packet loss and bad times. And now my net works blazing fast. Its been 2 years of slow horrible connection...
