Please Welcome 2 New Team Members!

Good Morning All,

We would like to introduce 2 new team members that will be offering assistance in the Direct Forum. Please join us in welcoming them!

Umtr2ChtrW - Witten
Umtr2ChtrJ - Jeremy

With the new additions we will be again expanding our hours. This is going to give us the ability to provide weekend support and be able to provide support later in the evening.

New hours starting June 13th:
7:00am – 11:00pm Monday – Friday
10:00am – 7:00pm Saturday – Sunday
All Times CST

We do want to throw out a quick reminder on how the direct forum works. We are not all online during the staffed time. When creating a new post one of us that is online will respond once we see the new post and will take ownership of that thread. This means that if you are working with one us that is online during the day you may not receive a response during the evening time even though other threads are. This does not mean that we have forgotten about you. It is simply because the person whom is working with you on your issues is not on during that time frame.

This also makes it very important that you do not bump old threads as the previous person you are working with may not be staffed at that time.

Lastly, when you create a new thread please do not reply to it until we do. When you reply to your own thread it no longer shows as a new thread and will extend the amount of time it will take to get a response.

As always if you ever need anything please let us know via the direct forum and we will be more than happy to assist! We will chime in on the public forum from time to time but please refrain from sending private messages.

Thanks!

Dylan

I've a question on these requests. If, before a reply comes from a Team Member, we obtain further information, is it ok to EDIT our last post? There needs to be some way to pass it on, and a new post seems wrong, as does a reply. If edit is not ok, do you recommend waiting on a Team Member's reply to furnish the additional information?

I believe that you are able to edit your post up until we reply so yes, that would be the best method.

Welcome, welcome, welcome Witten and Jeremy!

I had the occasion to use the Direct Forum today, which reminded me I needed to do this... so though it is late, it is still sincere.

I live in Louisville. I met a guy name Jeremy when we were on jury duty. He works in Charter's Louisville call center.

Why not give them less annoying names that make sense like:

"CharterJeremy"

Welcome, and thanks for what you folks do!

It's been a few months now since I raised my first (only) case in the direct forum, but after the mainline replacement off the post feeding mine things have been great. Prior to the direct forum team I was just bashing my head against wall dealing with phone support.

Again, welcome, and thanks for the previous help!
