Sorry but when "voluntary" and making money are on the table,do we all really think anything good will come out of this? all these greedy bastards are doing is pre planning to cut any sort of positive regulation to benefit us at the pass,plain and simple.Once there paid think tanks fudge a bunch of numbers and go walking up the hill and say nothing to look at here.
