Efficient Networks Router Model 5871 help

I can not figure out how to set this thing up for cable internet. Is it even possible? It clearly says "DSL Router" but I did not think it mattered

The 5871 is an IDSL, 2B1Q, RJ-45 interface for the WAN.

What you need is a router that is Ethernet RJ-45 interface for the WAN, to connect to a cable modem.

The Efficient 5871 is for IDSL only.
