 | Speakeasy tech support down even 4 business critical lines? Bonded Dual T-1 Line with speakeasy which is supposed to be supported by their Advanced Services Group, dedicated account manager, and immediate 24/7 support with some 99's SLA.
Logical link went down at 1:38pm pacific today.
When line still did not come back up within 10 minutes, called in -- put on hold. Still on hold 20 minutes later.
Used seperate network connection to log ticket online. Called account management line. On hold again..no one answered even when waiting for another 15 min.
Bonded logical line finally came back up after being down for 75 minutes.
1hr40mins after outage start still haven't heard anything back.
So not cool. |

 | ASG is understaffed. I was on with them last night and was told the queue was ten deep and 30 minutes+.
Call in and demand to speak with Enterprise Support and get your service reassigned. |
