 1 edit | Velcom is getting worse day by day I been with Velcm for about year and a half, they were fine before but now i have frequent disconnects and re-connection is impossible, I have to keep rebooting my router/modem when loose connection mostly everyday..... whats up with that? I called support they telling me to try a different jack why? i have used the same jack when i got the service, I tried a different modem and same issue...... im in IT field and there is no problem on my end i have checked everything.... please someone help me or i am thinking of changing my service provider........ I am using MLPPP if it makes any difference...... Thanks.
