In the face of rising bandwidth demand and the rising cost to accommodate it, the flat-fee pricing approach will perpetuate digital divides based on income, race, and ethnicity.
This made me break out in laughter and sadness at the same time. Laughter for it not being true, sadness for 99% of the people reading it that think its true. If anything, the cost to deliver bandwidth has gone DOWN in price, and will continue to go down in price.
